What to wear:

Comfortable clothing or usual fitness wear. No footwear is required.

Ideally please bring your own yoga mat, but if not I can provide one.

Yoga while Pregnant:

Yoga can be very beneficial when pregnant but I would
recommend joining a specific antenatal yoga class.
